At Métier, we stand by the craftsmanship of our garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure your experience is as seamless as the tailoring of our collections.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off or Collection
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
